Michael A. Siciliano, Vice President Acquisitions with Wingate, participates in all investment related company activities. His responsibilities include sourcing and structuring new investment opportunities, asset management, financings/refinancing, investor relations, and commercial tenant relations and leasing.
Michael was previously employed as an associate at Bonz and Company in Boston, where he conducted valuation and consulting services for private investors, lenders and institutions. These assignments involved valuation, market studies and feasibility analysis of retail, multifamily, and office properties with an aggregate value in excess of $500,000,000. Former clients include Citizens Bank, KS Partners, Boston Private Bank and Trust Co., Bank of America, and MA Housing.
Prior to Bonz, Michael was employed as an associate at Newcastle Limited, a real estate development and brokerage firm located in Chicago, Illinois, where he was responsible for the underwriting of new opportunities and managed the sealed bid disposition process on behalf of clients.
Michael is a licensed Real Estate Broker in Massachusetts, New Hampshire, New York, Rhode Island, Michigan and Indiana. He graduated from Boston College and holds a MA of Urban Planning from the University of Massachusetts. He is a member of National Association of Industrial and Office Properties and the Urban Land Institute.
