Heather Calcagni, Vice President of Marketing & Revenue Mangament, oversees all marketing and communications strategies at Wingate. Her duties include branding the Wingate corporate entity as well as supporting the success of properties within the firm’s portfolio. Heather is an integral member of the residential team, including development, acquisitions, renovation, turnaround of underperforming assets, third party management, pricing strategies and lease ups. She is also responsible for implementation of residential marketing and public relations strategies and managing their impact on the company’s overall corporate profile

Prior to joining Wingate in 2010, Heather was the Regional Sales and Marketing Director for Equity Residential in New York, NY. She was responsible for the sales and marketing efforts for the firm’s eastern portfolio, comprised of 28 properties totaling 7,150 apartment homes. Heather built and managed sales teams in New York, New Jersey and Connecticut, conducted regional market research and analysis for new acquisitions and current properties and developed pricing strategies to achieve optimum rental growth. Heather was involved in over $1 billion in property acquisitions in Manhattan. She has been involved in several successful new construction lease ups in both New Jersey and Massachusetts.

Heather was also the Director of Leasing for Trump Place in Manhattan from 2005 to 2007 with Equity Residential. Overseeing the leasing team of 1,325 luxury rentals on the Upper West Side. Heather has also held other leasing/management positions with Equity Residential from 2003 to 2005. She holds a BA degree in Marketing from Bentley University.
